120-Degree Curve Edge Edge Screen, In-Display Selfie Camera Unveiled with Vivo Apex 2020. The Vivo Apex 2020 has finally been unveiled after many teasers. The phone comes with a number of interrupting features – no physical buttons, no notch or hole-punch or even a pop-up selfie camera setup and increases the optical image stabilization. The Vivo Apex 2020 packs a 120-degree curved edgeless display that delivers a borderless front and includes a unique-display selfie camera that hides behind the screen. Other interesting titles include a unique ‘instant photobomb removal’ feature, 5x to 7.5x continuous optical zoom and optical image stabilization like a gimbal in the original camera.
Vivo Apex 2020 Features
On Friday, the Vivo Apex 2020 Concept Phone was announced and one of the biggest highlights of its display is its 6.45-inch FullView edgeless display with a 120-degree angle to the sides. It removes the lateral edges and gives a bevy of no borders from the front view. Because the side edges are now almost completely gone, the physical buttons on the sides have been replaced by virtual pressure-sensitive buttons. With no bezels on either side, the top forehead and lower chin are almost gone. It was acquired using an under-screen selfie camera, which means the company didn’t have to resort to cutouts to release the camera.
The Vivo Apex 2020 phone has a 16-megapixel front camera on the back of the screen and is equipped with a 4-in-1 super-pixel photosensitive chip to enable good quality photos. This makes the light transmission on the screen just six times higher than any other part of the screen, just above the front camera. Accordingly, the in vivo continuous algorithm reduced optical interference, isolation and stray flashes via Optimacio.
The concept device integrates a 48-megapixel main camera inside the Gimbal-National framework to achieve optical image stabilization (OIS) in the front-back and left-right risk directions. The company claims that the technique has increased the stability angle by 200 percent compared to the conventional OIS system. This means that the Vivo Apex 2020 Concept Phone is capable of taking significantly less shaky and obscure photos and videos than other smartphones. The company even goes so far as to say that with Apex 2020, no additional equipment is needed to capture a long exposure night.
Furthermore, the Apex 2020 phone features 60W wireless super flash charger technology which claims to charge 2,000 mAh battery in 20 minutes. Other interesting Apex 2020 phone features include third-generation screen sound casting technology, instant photobomb removal and voice tracking autofocus. As the name implies, instant photobomb removal technology allows users to eject from their images by passengers in the background.
The Vivo Apex mobile is not likely to reach the market but we will see some of the features included in the Apex 2020 on in vivo phones in the future. Therefore, the company did not share any price.
